The new eMule 0.50a (7 April 2010) introduces a new algorithm to verify downloaded files. This improves download speed as it reduces the number of corrupt parts. It also works better in Windows 7 and improves the interface making it easier to use.

eMule runs on all versions of Windows released after Windows 95. If you have Windows Vista, it is recommended that you always use the latest eMule release (eMule 0.50a).
Where can I get an updated server list for eMule
Go to 'Update server.met from URL' and write the following web address: http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz Afterwards, simply click the 'Update' button.
How can I use eMule to download files
Firstly, connect to a server by clicking the 'Connect’ button in eMule main menu. Afterwards, go to the ‘Search' screen and search for what you want to download from eMule. From the results list, all you have to do is double click on whatever you want to download and eMule will download it.
