Why DoubleSnap?
There are a lot of sync tools out there that work with image and video files. The thing that is lacking is a sync tool that exclusively caters to the needs of an amateur photographer or someone that deals with a lot of digital photos or videos.

Cameras give default names that are completely meaningless to photos and videos, which are an eyesore. Also, your photos might be scattered in many different locations and you might want to group them to your preference. Additionally, while using a sync tool, you might want to view the photo or video first before confirming an action on it. Hence there is the hassle of opening another program to view it.

In addition, hardware failures do happen and your PC might crash, deleting all your photos inside. If you're unlucky enough, your thumbdrive or harddisk might suddenly be faulty also.
